The Let’s Go application is designed for use by Australian patients with moderate to severe psoriasis and who are being treated with Cosentyx® (secukinumab). The application requires a password that can be obtained once the patient is prescribed Cosentyx®.
The Let’s Go app provides patients access to a Symptom tracker to record psoriasis symptoms, the DLQI to track how psoriasis is affecting life and handy resources such
as lifestyle tips. In addition, the app includes access to the Let’s Go Patient Support Programme for access to support and advice via a 1800 phone line and optional visits from a nurse to assist with Cosentyx® injections.
This App is not a medical device and is intended for use as a personal assessment tool only.
